Many of our staff have worked on the other Downs View sites and are fully inducted in our outstanding practice.
All staff will continue to have access to the full range of training available to all Downs View staff as part of our comprehensive staff development programme.

Downs View Life Skills College is run by well qualified, dedicated and experienced staff who provide a personalised and collaborative approach to learning. Each member of staff knows how important independence is to our students and they work consistently in supporting this outcome.
All the teaching staff have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and it is our absolute intention that all learning be planned by fully qualified teaching staff.

Ever since 2000, Downs View Life Skills College has been providing students with a rich and diverse learning environment. Knowledge, creativity and hands-on experience have always been at our core, and we’re proud of the generations of students who have graduated from our College. We always encourage both staff and students to grow, learn and create each passing day.
